Tony is a recognized leader in the areas of personal transformation and workplace relationships. He has devoted his adult life to understanding what makes people tick, how to bring out the best in people and how to share this information in simple, practical terms.

He has worked with hundreds of corporations and government agencies to help people reach new heights of effectiveness by better understanding themselves and others.

A world-class speaker and expert in transition management, Tony gives organizations the secrets to getting people, processes and technology working together like a well-oiled machine.

He has the rare gift of immediately connecting with audiences, regardless of age, race, gender or socio-economic background, and has delivered over 900 transformational presentations to groups numbering as many as 6000.

Tony was the second African American to receive a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University’s prestigious Paper Science and Technology School.

After graduating, he worked as a chemical engineer for a Fortune 500 company. It was during this period that he had a life-changing interaction with an at-risk youth. The experience made such a profound impression on him that he left his corporate career and his graduate studies at the University of Chicago to work in the non-profit sector with the goal of making a positive impact on others.

Since then, he has consulted on organizational change projects both large and small, including helping soldiers and civilians embrace one of the largest personnel changes in history, the famous BRAC transition.

Tony works with leaders of corporations and organizations around the world, helping them gain the communication, motivation, team-building and executive selection skills necessary to excel in today’s business environment.

His clients include: the U.S. Secret Service, Chase Bank, NASA/SGT, Acushnet/Titleist, the EPA, Embarq and the Bermuda Ministry of Education.

In 2010, Tony began hosting his own Chicago-based television series, The BluePrint Show, which provides viewers with the basic tools needed to succeed in various areas of life.

Tony is also in the process of writing his first book, entitled: Why I Hate My Job: What Leaders Must Understand About the Human Dimension of Leadership.
